  • Unfortunately, the recoil is unable to be re-set. It would have to be replaced. The replacement recoil for the e43 can be found at the following link:

  • Is this kit a bolt on and start kit? If I need the whole top piece ( the whole mechanism for starting the auger, is everything I need included in this kit?
  • The recoil starter assembly is the entire assembly. It included the recoil chassis, the recoil, the recoil handle, the starter rope and springs. The unit is fully assembled.
